Colleen Clodfelter will celebrate Thanksgiving with her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, but this year, like the last few years, they’re not going to munch on turkey, dressing and sweet potato pie in her former Lexington, N.C., home. Her family is having a joint celebration with another family at the Apache Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, where she and her husband live.
