Pilgrimage bikers ease into town
The crowds were light Wednesday on the first official day of the fall motorcycle rally, but vendors and business owners who cater to bikers say they expect the bulk of visitors to arrive today and Friday. “We are prepared to be busy. We’ve already seen some signs that the bikers are out and here. We’ve had people who are curious as to what’s going on, if we’re still here,” said Summer Strickland, general manager of Hoof ‘N’ Finz.
